Direct heating is an efficient form of electric heating, which makes use of radiant heat.

Your connections offer will take into account if any retrospective works are required. This process is:

Please complete an application form and we will call you back within a working day. We will assess your application to ensure we have the ‘minimum information’ required. If not, we may ask you for some more details.
Confirm approval for installation: we may need to arrange some retrospective works to your equipment, such as a fuse upgrade. In some cases, we may arrange for your local NGED office to get in touch with you to arrange a visit.
Contacting an electrician: internal wiring and installing your electric heating must be carried out by a qualified electrician
