Apply to install a 2 pole or 4 pole isolation switch. This can be operated by the customer's electrical installer, so that they can de-energise and re-energise the customer's installation themselves.

An isolation switch may be used by your electrical installer, so that they can de-energise and re-energise your installation themselves. However, we may take a charge for this work. 

You may need to move your meter, or your electricity supply, to make room for your isolation switch. We have more information about this on our Move equipment page.
