  1. The project has met each relevant milestone as set out in your connection offer, as amended from time, including proof of land rights and planning permission
  2. The project has evidence of finance in place from funders and provides evidence of financial close dates and the plan to achieve

Has an ESP (Electrical Service Provider) been appointed? This may be known as an EPC contract (Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract(s))
Has an ICP (Independent Connection Provider) been appointed (if applicable)?
Is a contract in place with delivery date for generating plant?
Are you able to demonstrate the following criteria and note that failure to meet revised milestones would result in necessary withdrawal from the pipeline?
Could you provide a construction programme that supports the proposed energisation date?
Do you have immediate funding available to initiate the relevant NGED works?
