Gate 2 Advancement Fees update

Following a review by all delivery partners, NESO has confirmed that Advancement Fees will no longer be charged to customers who submitted evidence through the Gate 2 to Whole Queue process.

This replaces the previous position set out in June 2025. It applies to all customers, whether they received a Gate 1 or Gate 2 outcome, or a more advanced position in the queue.

We hope this update provides helpful clarity and will be welcome news for customers.
