Connecting a plug-in heater

What’s included in your connection

Your connections offer will take into account if any retrospective works are required. This process is:  

  • Please complete an application form and we will call you back within a working day. We will assess your application to ensure we have the ‘minimum information’ required. If not, we may ask you for some more details.  
     
  • Confirm approval for installation: we may need to arrange some retrospective works to your equipment, such as a fuse upgrade. In some cases, we may arrange for your local NGED office to get in touch with you to arrange a visit.
     
  • Contacting an electrician: internal wiring and installing your EV charger must be carried out by a qualified electrician
