You should note that we cannot replace the meter itself - contact your supplier for this. You can look at your electricity bills or use the tool to the right to find your electricity supplier.

Good to know:

An external meter board is owned by the customer and should also be maintained by you. However, if your meter board is damaged, you can contact us to request a replacement. We may take a charge for this.
