This event will be hosted as a hybrid event. Attendance can be either in person at Villa Park, Birmingham or online via Zoom.
Connections provide vital access to our power network. As an electricity distribution network operator, we face a variety of challenges as we look to facilitate the transition to a zero-carbon economy. These challenges include the need to connect new technologies such as renewables, energy storage, electric vehicles and low carbon heating to the grid whilst accommodating the projected growth in new homes and commercial developments.
The purpose of the workshop will be to discuss a wide range of connections topics to gain a better understanding of the needs of our stakeholders and seek their feedback so that we improve the services we provide for customers looking to connect to the electricity distribution network.
